A mobile wound care provider came to us with a simple problem: they needed patients, and the leads they'd been getting from other services were wasting their staff's time. We launched a pilot campaign through our strategic media partners — targeting chronic wound patients in their service area who were living in the community and not currently in a care setting. Within 10 days of campaign launch, we had introduced 5 qualified, care-coordinated patients to the practice. Each had been screened for condition fit and insurance. Each was ready to schedule their initial visit.
